Payment & Billing Data: provided during purchases via WooCommerce/WooPayments. We do not store full card details.
Course Data: enrolment details, progress, activity within Tutor LMS.
Marketing Data: newsletter consent, email preferences.
Technical Data: IP address, browser, device type, Google Analytics.
Contact Form Data: information submitted via WPForms, MetForm, or similar.
User Reviews & Comments: when leaving course reviews or comments, we collect the name, email, comment content, IP address, and browser info. Optional Gravatar data is shared as a hash to display profile images if used. Cookie storage may be used for convenience (1-year validity).
We do not collect sensitive data (health, religion, etc.) unless voluntarily provided.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is processed strictly for operational and legal purposes:
